To improve or not to improve, that is the question ?

Experimentus has been a significant supporter of the TMMi Foundation since it started.
Over the last 7 years we have run well over 100 TMMi assessments and in the last 12 months have certified 3 major organizations to either TMMi level 2 or 3 – we are currently working with an organization assisting them in being certified to TMMi level 5.

Using all of the collected knowledge of these assessments, during this presentation I will reflect on why companies are turning to TMMi to assist them in their improvement activities. As well as reflecting on some of the issues they were experiencing, and the impact they were having on their business. I will also touch on some of the reasons why people don’t buy into the TMMi message as well as we would all like. Looking at the challengers/competition to TMMi and providing an independent view of the differences

In my role as Chair of the TMMi Management Executive I am inundated with requests for data on benefits, so included in this presentation will be an overview of the benefits some of Experimentus clients have been achieving.
